Job Description
Ten Star Truck Repair is looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be dependable, hardworking, and comfortable diagnosing and repairing semi trucks and trailers. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain Detroit Diesel and Cummins engines Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance services Diagnose and repair transmissions, including automatic and manual systems Repair air brake systems, suspension, steering, and electrical components Perform engine, coolant, fuel, and air system repairs Replace brakes, drums, wheel seals, hubs, shocks, and other truck components Diagnose check-engine lights and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment Complete trailer repairs, including air lines, brakes, lighting, doors, and suspension Inspect trucks for safety concerns and recommend necessary repairs Keep the work area clean and properly document completed repairs
