  • Work alongside experienced mentors Health Benefits & Paid Time Off Career Advancement Opportunities The Automotive Diesel Technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately, following dealership and manufacturer standards, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions, with a focus on diesel and engine systems Complete all repairs according to applicable safety requirements Road-test vehicles to verify quality and completeness of repairs Document work performed, test procedures/results, and time according to company clocking procedures Maintain an inventory of required hand and power tools Qualifications Prior automotive repair experience preferred (diesel experience strongly preferred) ASE and/or manufacturer certifications a plus Strong team player with a customer-first mindset Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record We offer best in class industry benefits: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs Join a team that values your skill, supports your growth, and rewards your performance.
