What you'll be doing Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems on heavy-duty trucks and equipment. Perform preventative maintenance to keep vehicles running safely and efficiently. Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues. Accurately document service work and repairs. Communicate clearly with your team to ensure fast, quality service. Stay on top of safety and environmental standards. Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe. What we are looking for High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification in diesel mechanics is a big plus). Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills—especially with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Experience with DOT regulations and safety protocols. Confidence using diagnostic tools and computer systems. Physically capable of lifting heavy parts and working in all conditions. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required).
