Why You'll Love Working Here ✅ Hourly pay of $36 to $50, with full benefits ✅ Major Shop Tools & Diagnostic Equipment Provided ✅ An established company with nearly 30 years of success, part of the River Roads family of companies, in business since 1959 ✅ A shop that values skilled trades professionals ✅ Opportunities for Training & Career Advancement What You'll Do Diagnose and repair diesel engines on commercial semi-trucks Troubleshoot aftertreatment systems (DPF, SCR, EGR) and engine electrical faults using computer-based diagnostics Repair drivetrain, air brake, suspension and steering systems Complete preventative maintenance services and inspections Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and see repairs through from diagnosis to road-ready Support trailer and chassis repairs when the shop needs it Maintain accurate repair documentation Follow all safety procedures and shop standards

What We're Looking For Required:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on diesel engine diagnostic and repair experience on commercial trucks Experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and punctuality

Preferred:
