Diesel Mechanic Position Summary:

The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel trucks, trailers, and/or heavy equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Conduct engine overhauls, brake system repairs, transmission work, and other necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively.

Physical Requirements:
