JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY

Coordinates presentations, jobsite photo shoots, organizes lunch & learns within areas of assigned responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with preventive maintenance on heavy construction equipment Help perform oil changes, filter changes, greasing, fluid checks, and basic service work Support mechanics with equipment inspections and repair work Assist with diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Maintain a clean and organized shop and work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Help track maintenance and service records as needed Learn proper use of tools, shop equipment, and repair procedures

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Diesel Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, Automotive Technology, or related program Strong interest in diesel engines and heavy equipment repair Basic mechanical knowledge or mechanical aptitude Basic set of tools to perform mechanical repair responsibilities Willingness to learn and take directions from experienced technicians Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Ability to work in a shop and outdoor yard environment Valid driver's license preferred If you require sponsorship now or in the future, please discuss with recruiting or hiring team during interview process.
