Overview We are seeking an experienced professional who can confidently diagnose, service, and repair light- and heavy-duty trucks, including RAM 1500, 2500, and 3500 models. Previous Dodge, RAM, Chrysler, Jeep, or other Stellantis dealership experience is preferred. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on heavy trucks, diesel engines, and industrial equipment using schematics, automotive electrical systems, and diagnostic tools. Conduct repairs on transmissions, hydraulics, air brakes, suspension systems, and other mechanical components with precision. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to repair or modify vehicle parts as needed. Maintain and service various equipment including excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, and other heavy machinery. Complete vehicle inspections, alignments, tire services, brake repairs, shocks & struts replacement, and general maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret schematics for complex mechanical systems; troubleshoot electrical issues in automotive and heavy equipment systems. Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols; document all repairs accurately in maintenance logs. Skills Extensive dealership experience with heavy trucks and diesel mechanics preferred. Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and welding skills. Proficiency with heavy equipment operation including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery. Ability to read schematics and diagnose automotive electrical systems effectively. Mechanical knowledge covering transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, HVAC systems, and vehicle maintenance. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, alignment equipment, welding gear, and diagnostic devices. Experience with vehicle systems repair such as brake systems (including air brakes), shocks & struts, steering components, and powertrain assemblies. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and heavy equipment troubleshooting procedures. Excellent mechanical aptitude combined with strong problem-solving skills; ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
