How You'll Make An Impact Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and related systems Perform hydraulic system repairs and maintenance Service and repair bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other utility-related equipment Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and routine servicing Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Develop, manage, and execute a fleet maintenance schedule Identify equipment issues early to reduce downtime and extend asset life Coordinate repairs, parts ordering, and service priorities independently Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies What You Bring 1-3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic (fleet, utility, or construction equipment preferred) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across truck classes Proven experience with hydraulics and diesel systems Hands-on experience with light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks , bucket trucks, digger derricks, or similar equipment Ability to self-manage workload and maintenance schedules Strong organizational and documentation skills Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, but not required) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision About Us GreenArrow unites exceptional infrastructure services companies across the United States to deliver safer, smarter, and more efficient solutions for our communities.
