As a Diesel Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related systems, ensuring safety and reliability across our operations. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will directly contribute to our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Earn $30-$35, or more with certifications, with overtime pay offered! Technician Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications and guidelines Complete accurate job write-ups detailing the cause of the issue and corrective action taken Complete repairs efficiently while meeting customer service and scheduling commitments Maintain high-quality workmanship with a focus on minimizing repeat repairs and comebacks Follow all required safety procedures and maintain a safe, accident-free work environment Assist with mentoring, training, and developing other technicians and team members Properly operate, maintain, and store tools and equipment to prevent damage or loss Properly identify, handle, document, and store warranty parts according to company procedures Technician Requirements Motivation to succeed: We provide the training and resources—you bring the drive and willingness to learn Work in a Certified Uptime Center with access to industry-standard training and resources Strong manual dexterity and the ability to safely operate required tools and equipment Ability to lift and handle at least 75 pounds Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record High school diploma or GED equivalent Possess the necessary hand tools for your assigned skill classification Take pride in the quality, accuracy, and professionalism of your work Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, and trustworthy Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team Join us to be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills make a tangible impact!
