- Tractor Shop (El Paso, TX) TFA Logistics is hiring Diesel Technicians at our El Paso terminal to keep our tractor fleet safe and on the road. We hire and pay across three tiers (I, II, III) based on your experience — apply regardless of experience level and we'll place you at the right tier. What You'll Do Perform scheduled PM services (oil, filters, brakes, tires, etc.) Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and air system issues Complete DOT inspections and road-test repaired units Use diagnostic software/scan tools to confirm fault codes and root cause Communicate repair status to the Shop Supervisor/dispatch Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and other safety procedures Experience & Qualifications by

Tier Tier I:

1+ years heavy-duty tractor repair experience; handles PM services and routine repairs independently

Tier II:

2+ years experience; independently diagnoses complex mechanical/electrical/air issues; can cover Night shift solo

Tier III:

4+ years experience; handles the most complex repairs independently; ASE Medium/Heavy Truck (T2 & T4 minimum) certification required Required for All Tiers EPA Section 609 (A/C) certification Own basic hand tools Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)

Preferred:
