Overview We are seeking skilled dedicated Mechanics , AC Technicians and Electrical Technicians to join our team for our Houston and Pasadena locations. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. As a Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of vehicles through inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and specialized equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools to identify problems accurately. Conduct alignment services, including adjusting shocks and struts to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during repair processes. Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly and professionally to administration. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with other service technicians to complete complex repairs efficiently. Experience Proven experience in automotive repair or vehicle maintenance is essential. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus for those working on specialized vehicles. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including the ability to read and interpret schematics. Previous experience working with cranes or heavy machinery is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
