This role offers an exciting opportunity to workon semi trucks, medium duty and pickup trucks, ensuring optimal performance and safety across diverse operational environments. You will utilize your mechanical expertise to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct routine maintenance that keeps our customers fleet running smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about diesel repair, this position provides a rewarding environment to showcase your skills and grow professionally. $1500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment. Responsibilities" Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, air brakes, suspension components, and electrical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct preventive maintenance on heavy duty medium duty and pickup trucks to ensure peak operational efficiency. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to repair or modify equipment as needed. Inspect and service vehicle systems including tire service, shocks & struts, alignment, HVAC systems, and vehicle electrical components. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols. Assist in heavy lifting operations using cranes or forklifts while adhering to safety guidelines. Support the assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting of complex machinery using detailed schematics and technical documentation.
