Our mission is to provide quality service and limit downtime for our customers. We also offer emergency roadside service 24/7. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Field Service Technician with a service truck provided. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy trucks, trailers, reefer units, and equipment both roadside and at client locations for their convenience. The Field Service Technician will also communicate with customers to provide updates and schedule appointments. Job Duties and Qualifications Must have (3) years of extensive diesel experience as well as worked on trailers and equipment Excellent troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem-solving skills Proficient in mechanical and electrical systems of heavy trucks and equipment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and drawings Experience using diagnostic software and tools Must possess your own tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have proven 2 years of air brake experience Must have mobile device with data for communication purposes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Refrigerated trailer diagnostic and repair experience is a plus ASE Certification or equivalent experience is a plus Welding and fabrication experience is a plus CDL possession is a plus •Candidates must pass a drug screen and other pre-employment job requirements•
