Our employees take pride in knowing the work they do makes a difference every day. We're looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks and specialized equipment. What We Offer Weekly pay Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits after 30 days 401(k) with company match Hotel and per diem for overnight travel when applicable Career growth opportunities Stable, long-term employment What You'll Do Diagnose and repair diesel trucks and equipment Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and brake systems Repair hydraulic hoses Complete welding and light fabrication as needed Perform occasional field repairs Keep accurate maintenance records Maintain a clean and safe shop What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Experience working on pavement marking or roadway construction equipment is a plus!
