Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Recreational Vehicles and diesel engines
- Diagnose, repair and maintain various systems and components within an RV
- Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged parts
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as brakes, transmissions, and engines
- Perform tire service, including mounting, balancing, and rotation
- Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, appliances and perform plumbing repairs
- Conduct vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs
- Solder electrical connections as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine mechanics and RV systems
- Proficiency in performing tire service and maintenance
- Experience with hydraulic system maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of tractor-trailer assembly and disassembly procedures
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices, including oil changes and filter replacements
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools for repairs
- Skill in soldering electrical connections
