Watson Diesel Repair Watson Diesel Repair is a locally owned and family-operated independent repair shop servicing all things diesel — from pickups and RVs to construction equipment, tractors/trailers, box trucks, and straight trucks. We're currently seeking a self-motivated, hardworking, and knowledgeable Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team. What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel vehicles and equipment Troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately Communicate clearly with team members and customers regarding findings and repair needs Perform post-repair testing to ensure all problems are resolved Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Technical Skills Required:

Diesel Engine Fundamentals

• Minimum 5 years of employment as a diesel technician. Fuel Systems
• Experience with pumps, injectors, fuel lines, and pressure testing Maintenance & Repair
• Confident using hand/power tools and following service intervals Air Brakes
• Experience with air brake systems and related components Electrical Systems
• Familiarity with sensors, wiring, starters, alternators, and relays Computer Diagnostics
• Proficient using scan tools and software to read codes and interpret data Problem Solving
• Ability to pinpoint root causes and develop reliable repair strategies
