On our team, you work on a wide range of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Anything from a frontend loader to a school bus. If you love varied work and feel comfortable working on almost any heavy duty task - this is your role. The work might be fabricating trailer panels today, frame straightening tomorrow, and replacing a radiator next week. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery, utilize your mechanical skills, and contribute to a growing, safety-focused company. Duties Perform repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines, hydraulics, suspension systems, and brakes. Fabricate custom parts or modifications using welding, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to meet specific repair or operational requirements. Operate heavy equipment such as buses, RV's, semi trucks and dump trucks for repair or logistical purposes. Perform assembly of repaired components or new equipment parts while adhering to safety standards. Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings to ensure accurate service history documentation. Skills Proven heavy truck repair or similar service backgrounds. Strong mechanical knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and suspension components. Proficiency in automotive repair and troubleshooting using schematics and diagnostic tools. Skilled in fabrication techniques including welding and soldering for custom repairs or modifications. Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other industrial machinery safely and efficiently. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
