Hands-On Impact :

Your work directly supports the local farming community. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair diesel tractors and other agricultural equipment. Diagnose and address issues in engines, transmissions, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Maintain detailed service records and manage parts inventory. Conduct test drives to ensure repairs are effective. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Travel to local farms for on-site equipment repairs as needed. What You Bring Experience in diesel engine maintenance; agricultural equipment experience is a plus. Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment. Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn. A team-first attitude—reliability and respect are essential. A valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
