Mechanic:

The Mechanic services asphalt pavers, rollers, dump trucks, brooms, various other asphalt paving and equipment, and concrete mixers. This includes resolution of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. They inspect, repair, service and maintain gasoline, diesel powered and electronically operated mobile equipment. Skilled in mechanical diagnosis, maintenance and repair qualifying them to work on vehicles and heavy equipment. Qualifications for a

Mechanic:

Diesel experience necessary

• Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance and attendance;
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently, without direct supervision;
• Demonstrates a willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays;
• Demonstrates ability to work and communicate well with Supervisors, Truck Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators and other employees;
• Demonstrates the ability to conform to and maintain OSHA, DOT and all other company or state and federal rules and regulations;
• Demonstrates the ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions;
• Demonstrates the willingness to learn and work a variety of job tasks; and Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, background check, and acceptable driving history which will be determined at the sole discretion of the Company.
