Opportunity for a full-time, long-term pump & control technician position for a self-motivated and personable employee with good leadership skills to work in a hands-on position at a successful small business, which has been operating for close to 70 years. We sell and service pumping and process equipment in NJ, NY and PA. The successful applicant should be an experienced technician who is mechanically adept and have electrical knowledge of power wiring and control wiring. The employee will be trained by us and will travel to customer field sites in the region to service equipment. The employee should be at least a high school and/or technical school graduate with relevant experience. Good verbal and written communication skills and good computer skills, as well as a valid driver's license, are also needed. Smoking is not allowed. Salary is commensurate with experience. Vacation and Benefits, and paid overtime, are included.
