MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- + Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field + 6 years of Traction Power design experience with 750 V DC third rail and overhead distribution systems( 12 k
V AC, 25
Hz, 2 x 12.5 kV AC, 60
Hz, 2 x 25 kV, 60 Hz.) or demonstrated equivalent. + Professional Engineering License. + Experience with traction power AC and DC, High and Low Voltage systems including relaying, rectifier, distribution, and SCADA equipment. + Experience in the execution and task leadership for design calculations, plans development, specifications, and technical report writing. + Knowledge and experience with AREMA and IEEE standards for Traction Power design. + Experience working on large transit/railroad projects with Substations, 3rd rail and/or Overhead Contact distribution systems. + Demonstrated ability to design with constructability in mind throughout all steps of design process.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- + 15 years of experience in Electrical/Traction Power design and construction of engineering projects.

- Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $180000 to $200000.
