The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in powersports repair. Polaris Experience preferred but not required. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, basic maintenance and understanding of mechanical operations of powersports units , The Technician will play a crucial role in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for all of our units and customers. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair issues, perform basic maintenance, diagnostic skills,brake repairs, engine and transmission rebuild and replace and other mechanical problems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform repairs and maintenance tasks. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with service advisors about units needs and repair processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve service delivery. Experience Proven experience in powersports repair or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various tools and equipment. Must have ability to work in a team environment towards monthly and weekly goals Must have ability to continue learning and growing as technology changes.
