Job Description

We are looking for an experienced A-Level Powersports Technician to join our dealership service team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands modern powersports systems, and can diagnose and repair a wide range of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other recreational vehicles. This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants to work in a professional, busy dealership environment with quality equipment, a strong team, and opportunities to grow. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles. Perform engine, transmission, electrical, fuel, suspension, brake, and driveline repairs. Accurately diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues. Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections according to manufacturer specifications. Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently. Read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic information. Use dealership diagnostic equipment and specialized tools. Maintain accurate repair orders, document work performed, and properly clock-in/out of jobs . Communicate effectively with service advisors and other technicians. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures. Assist less-experienced technicians when needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a powersports technician; A-Level or equivalent experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with fuel-injected engines and modern electrical/EFI systems. Ability to diagnose problems using scan tools, test equipment, service information, and hands-on testing. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
