Position Overview As our Lead Master Diagnostic & EV/Hybrid Technician , you will serve as the go-to expert for complex vehicle diagnostics, advanced electrical concerns, and electric and hybrid vehicle systems. You'll accurately identify problems others may overlook, lead challenging repairs, and guide our technician team while maintaining the high standards of safety, integrity, and workmanship our customers expect. Key Responsibilities Perform master-level diagnostics on domestic and import gas, hybrid, and electric vehicles Diagnose and repair high-voltage systems, battery management systems, inverters, charging systems, and related EV and hybrid components Lead the diagnosis of electrical, drivability, communication network, and intermittent faults Interpret wiring diagrams, scan data, waveforms, and manufacturer service information to identify root causes Support and mentor technicians through complex diagnostic procedures and repairs Use advanced scan tools, oscilloscopes, meters, programming equipment, and other diagnostic technology Follow all required high-voltage safety procedures and manufacturer repair standards Help maintain a culture of integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service We're Looking for
