As a Senior Field Service Engineer in the District Manager Development Program, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations within the Nuclear Field Service team by learning and exercising skills to successfully manage on-site technical support for customer equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer relationships, oversee operational execution, and lead a team of field service engineers, fostering their development through coaching and training. Additionally, you will assist in financial and business planning, the management of the district's profit and loss responsibilities and contribute to budget development. Impact:
- Manage on-site technical and operational support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment and systems in the nuclear sector.
- Serve as a primary customer interface, maintaining strong relationships and resolving complex service issues to ensure satisfaction and secure future business.
- Identify and manage technical and commercial risks, non-conformance costs, and opportunities within the assigned district.
- Review complex task plans, drawings, and installation schematics, providing guidance to the field team throughout task execution.
- Supervise a team of professional-level field service engineers and support staff, setting operational goals and objectives to achieve business results.
- Assist the District Service Manager in managing the district's financial profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, including required reporting and analysis.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a BS or MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the power generation service industry, including significant time in a field service capacity.
- Demonstrated experience with the general maintenance of large gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and associated auxiliary equipment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to build and develop effective teams.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills to foster cross-functional teamwork and ensure seamless service delivery.

The base salary range for this position may be $107K-152k and the annual incentive target is 15% of base salary.
