Full Job Description Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Install and repair track equipment at local and remote sites. Perform preventative maintenance procedures as required. Rebuild component modules; test for functionality and assist with system start up at customer and home factory locations. Assist with customer source inspections at home factory or customer locations. Recommend equipment improvements or design changes based on personal observations, factory, customer, and rep input. Travel as required to perform installations, source inspections and repair of equipment. Travel could be as much as 70% of the time and may require travel across weekends.
Additional Responsibilities:
Keep up-to-date on engineering changes and new developments in the industry. Submit all reports including expenses in a timely manner consistent with company policies and procedures. Prepare and complete assigned documentation. Work in a team atmosphere. Maintain an up-to-date passport Duties require occasional lifting of track equipment and components up to 50 pounds, use of hand tools in confined areas, and standing or working in a prone position for prolonged periods of time. Perform other duties as assigned.

Abilities:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to exercise good judgment and to seek advice or assistance on technical matters when necessary Ability to communicate with and work cooperatively with customers in the field Ability to communicate effectively with all employees and to work cooperatively in a team atmosphere Ability to work in a Clean Room environment Ability to perform in stressful situations Ability to perform in a high production atmosphere Ability to proficiently read and follow electrical and fluid diagrams Ability to work to meet the demands of the production schedule as required Ability to use Time Management skills to meet internal target dates
Skills:
2-years direct installation, maintenance and repair of TEL Mark / ACT and SVG track equipment or equivalent field-related experience
Education:
Minimum of 2-year electronics technical school diploma or equivalent industry experience
