We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our growing Technical Service team and support customers across the pharmaceutical industry. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role ideal for engineers who enjoy problem‑solving, customer interaction, and working with precision instrumentation (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Physical Testing, Sample Prep Automation, and more ). What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair SOTAX laboratory instruments and other analytical lab equipment, including HPLC and GC systems. Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, and qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure optimal equipment performance. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues to minimize downtime. Provide technical support and training to customers, both on-site and remotely. Maintain detailed service records and documentation. What We're Looking For Problem-solving skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities with a customer-first approach. Travel readiness : Ability to travel within the region and occasionally beyond. (approximately 60-70% ) Adaptability and strong organizational abilities . 2+ years of scientific industry experience preferred , ideally with analytical lab instruments such as HPLC, GC, or dissolution testers.
Background:
