Display-- Travel Introduction:

Hands-on Audio/Video system integration experience, including DVLED, video walls, or display cubes Have you performed onsite installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting at customer locations Have you troubleshot physical hardware (displays, servers, AV equipment, cabling) Field Service Engineer responsible for preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and calibration of enterprise audio/visual systems, display technologies, servers, and related hardware at customer sites. This role works closely with the support team on onsite Level 1 and Level 2 issues, documents all work in NetSuite CRM, and provides customer training as needed.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

3+ years of Audio/Video system integration experience Focus on DVLED, display cubes, troubleshooting, setup, and calibration Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware systems including displays, video walls, servers, and AV equipment Experience working directly at customer sites Disqualify if: No professional AV or display system experience

Technical Skills:

Preventive maintenance per vendor specifications Troubleshooting hardware (servers, displays, AV components), software / OS issues, and basic network connectivity issues Ability to interpret display error codes Identify cable vs. display vs. configuration issues Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): CTS certification Network+ and/or Security+ Customer support or service experience (1+ year) Experience learning/supporting custom software solutions Experience with large-scale or enterprise display environments Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools ("AI") that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
