Job Description

Field Service Engineer Location:
Based remotely, covers regional territory
Eligibility:
US Permanent Residency is required
Travel:
Monday-Friday regional travel | Home most weekends | Company vehicle provided
Compensation:
Hourly pay based on experience | Overtime over 8 hours per day, travel time included | Voluntary Saturdays 1.5x Hourly | Voluntary Sundays 2x Hourly | Holidays 2.5x Hourly Summary Wright Technical services is supporting a highly respected company in the CNC machine space who is expanding their team of Field Service Engineers. This individual will be a member of the Customer Support Department and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of their machinery at customer locations. The right candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a positive attitude and great customer service skills. Qualifications and Requirements Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer Experience with CNC installation and repair Experience with industrial maintenance repair Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel to client sites as needed Valid driver's license Duties and Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment Provide on-site technical support to clients Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment Document all service and repair activities Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction Wright Technical Services and the client we represent are Equal Opportunity Employers.
