Water Mitigation Technician Sump Pump Solutions LLC Anchorage, AK Job Details Full-time | Contract $48,000 - $72,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid training On-the-job training Qualifications Water damage restoration Building construction Schedule management Construction industry experience Client management Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Water Mitigation Technician Growing company — path to management We're a growing water mitigation and drainage company looking for someone who: Has reliable transportation Can dig, crawl through wet and muddy spaces, and handle physically demanding work Knows when to slow down for precision and when to move fast Can take direction and work independently without constant oversight
Preferred:
Experience in construction, especially crawl spaces and basements. Location & schedule: Based in Anchorage, AK, with occasional jobs in the Mat-Su Valley and Girdwood. Typically Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; some weekend work may be required.
Growth track:
Strong potential to move into a management role within 3-6 months, depending on experience. Beyond the skills above, we're looking for someone punctual, reliable, and capable of managing people, customers, and time.
