Your responsibilities include:
- Arriving at the yard or job site early enough to be fully prepared to begin work at the scheduled start time.
- Being available for overtime, weekend work, and occasional out-of-town assignments as needed by our clients.
- Participating in the rotating on-call schedule and responding promptly to emergency calls. Emergency bonuses apply if called in after leaving yard & clocked out for the day.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and following directions from superiors.
- Conducting thorough Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) and reporting any vehicle or equipment issues to the mechanics.
- Loading and unloading equipment and tools into support trucks under the direction of superiors.
- Driving and operating equipment safely and appropriately at all times.
- Attending all required safety meetings.
- Complying with Garth Services' dress code and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, including untattered pants, safety toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, vest, gloves, ear protection, high visibility orange shirts.
- Performing additional duties assigned by management to support the needs of our clients.
