Job Description
- Clean, inspect, and test restoration equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, and HEPA filtration units.
- Perform routine maintenance, oil changes, and minor repairs on tools, vehicles, and restoration equipment.
- Track and record all equipment check-in/check-out using company logs or tracking software.
- Restock and organize supplies (chemicals, PPE, filters, hoses, cords, etc.) for field crews.
- Load and unload vehicles with necessary tools and materials for job assignments.
- Maintains, organizes, and cleans the storage area, office space and restrooms at all times.
- Assist with equipment calibration and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Support field technicians as needed for equipment delivery, pickup, or emergency response.
- Follow company safety protocols and report any hazards, damages, or mechanical issues immediately.
Demo's and Abatements :
Orders Supplies Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in restoration, construction, or mechanical maintenance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented attitude. Work Environment
- Primarily in a warehouse/shop setting with occasional job-site assistance.
- Exposure to dust, noise, cleaning chemicals, and various environmental conditions.
- May require overtime or on-call availability during emergencies or high-demand periods.
