Turnkey Restoration Technician - Drywall, Paint & Repairs Titan Restoration - Mesa, AZ Titan Restoration is looking for an experienced Turnkey Restoration Technician to handle small reconstruction projects, repairs, and punch-list work from start to finish. This is a hands-on position for someone who is skilled in multiple trades and can take ownership of smaller jobs without needing a full subcontractor crew. Restoration or reconstruction experience is strongly preferred. What You'll Do You'll complete a variety of residential and commercial repair work, including: Drywall installation, patching, finishing, and texture matching Interior and exterior painting and touch-ups Baseboard, casing, and trim installation Door and hardware installation/adjustments Cabinet and vanity installation or minor repairs Minor framing and carpentry Flooring repairs and small flooring installations Caulking and finish work Minor demolition and rebuild work Punch-list and warranty repairs Repairs following water, fire, or mold mitigation Small reconstruction projects that do not require a full subcontractor crew Other general handyman/turnkey repairs as needed What We're Looking For Experience in restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, or residential/commercial repairs Restoration industry experience strongly preferred Strong drywall, texture, and painting skills Working knowledge of multiple construction trades Able to assess a small repair and determine what is needed to complete it Able to work independently and manage your time Professional and comfortable working in customers' homes and businesses Quality-focused with strong attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have basic tools needed for general repair work The Right Person for This Role We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person who can take a small job and get it done . One day may be drywall and texture repairs after a water loss, another may be replacing baseboards and painting, and another may be completing a punch list to get a reconstruction project across the finish line. If you've worked in the restoration industry and understand how to put a property back together after mitigation, that experience is especially valuable.

Pay:

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
