Full-Time (W9 Contractor) | 90-Day Trial-to-Salary Interviews to be held Sept 11th in person. We're Hiring a Lead Tech Who's Ready to Lead From the Front. H20 Restoration is looking for a hardworking, experienced Lead Technician to join our growing team in the Tempe AZ . This is a demanding, fast-paced role that requires wearing multiple hats, staying hands-on in the field, and being ready to travel for storm-related work when needed.What We're Looking For:
Experienced Techs Only- You must have years of field experience in water mitigation/restoration. IICRC Certifications Required
- WRT and ASD certifications are a must. Computer Literate
- Must be comfortable using iPads, computers, and completing dry logs and moisture mapping. Clean Driving Record & Background Check
- Tech will be issued a company van , iPad, and moisture meter case. Physically Capable & Energetic
- This is not a sit-back role. You'll be expected to demo, sweep, bag debris, clean equipment, and even wash company vehicles if needed. Strong Work History
- We are not looking for job hoppers . You should have a track record of reliability and professionalism. Bilingual a Plus
- Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred. On-Call Availability
- Must be able to respond to after-hours and emergency calls when they come in.
