Responsibilities:
- Transportation to and from the shop every day
- Troubleshoot and diagnose various automatic gate systems, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly. Welding for repairs, when needed
- Assist on
New Installations:
Work with lead technician to install new equipment on job sites, when neededQuality Assurance:
Conduct thorough quality checks on all service calls (and installations) to guarantee optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. Taking your time and slowing down to be sure everything has been gone over accurately.Client Interaction:
Interact with clients in a respectful and customer-centric manner, listening to their concerns and communicating with them providing clear explanations of service procedures and addressing any concernsDocumentation:
Document all service activities, including detailed notes and photographs, to maintain accurate records for internal and client purposes.Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with all team members to be sure all pertinent information is gathered and all parts required are available for your scheduled work. Ensure communication to team members if new parts or anything of that nature is needed to complete a project. Assist on installations when needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce and adhere to safety protocols and regulations during installations, service calls and maintenance procedures.•Shop/ Truck Organization:
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory within vehicles to ensure efficiency and readiness for on-site jobs. Uphold company standards for vehicle care, including regular maintenance, cleanliness, and stocked inventory. Assist in shop organization and upkeep.Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automatic gate installation and maintenance.
- Welding experience is a huge plus
- Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and software aspects of gate systems.
- Self motivated to stay on task at hand
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer-focused with exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Valid driver's license.
Pay:
$25.00- $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0
