Water Damage Restoration Technician Servpro of Chula Vista, La Jolla, and Mira Mesa | Full-Time | In Person Servpro of Chula Vista, La Jolla, and Mira Mesa is looking for an experienced and dependable Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in water mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, moisture monitoring, and restoration equipment . The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, professional with customers, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Respond to residential and commercial water damage losses Inspect and assess affected areas Perform water extraction and demolition as needed Set up and monitor drying equipment Take moisture readings and document drying progress Operate dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, and other equipment Photograph and document job-site conditions Communicate professionally with customers and Project Managers Follow safety procedures and restoration standards Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas Participate in overtime and on-call emergency response when scheduled Qualifications Previous water damage restoration experience required Knowledge of water mitigation and structural drying Experience using moisture meters and drying equipment
