POSITION SUMMARY
This is a lead technician position responsible for supporting and developing other technicians in the field to ensure safe, timely, and quality service for our customers. Additionally, this role also repairs and maintains electric, diesel, and gasoline industrial trucks and/or construction equipment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s) Ensures that his/her team performs with a positive attitude and a great sense of urgency in order to exceed customer expectations. Answer, prioritize, and respond to service inquiries on field work (new, used, rental and customer trucks). Works with field service technicians needing help with diagnostics, in repairing units with advanced issues and minimizing lost time. Other duties as assignedSKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Minimum High school diploma orGED Experience:
3-5 years of lift truck experience. Extensive knowledge of equipment repair procedures and techniques.Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of internet software.Other Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Good verbal and written communication skills. Availability to work overtime and occasional emergency service/call out events in the evenings or on weekends.WORK ENVIRONMENT
