Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will lead water damage restoration projects, coordinate mitigation efforts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Your expertise will help clients recover quickly from water-related incidents while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers on-call coverage, requiring readiness to respond promptly to emergency calls at any time. Duties Lead water mitigation projects by assessing damage, developing action plans, and supervising team members during restoration efforts Perform water extraction, drying, cleaning, mold remediation, and debris removal using appropriate tools and techniques Operate company vehicles and power tools safely in compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirements Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain detailed documentation of work performed using industry-standard software such as Xactimate for estimating costs Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols including respiratory protection and personal protective equipment (PPE) use Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians to uphold quality standards and industry best practices Monday to Friday Weekends on call every three weeks This role requires occasional travel. Certain projects may involve extended stays at job sites Requirements Prior experience as a Water Mitigation Technician with a proven track record of success Excellent leadership and communication skills that inspire confidence in our clients Familiarity with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in water mitigation A customer-first attitude and a commitment to restoring lives and properties

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
