In this vital role, you will respond swiftly to water-related emergencies, assess damage, and execute comprehensive restoration procedures. Your expertise will help clients recover from water incidents efficiently while ensuring safety and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency calls for water damage incidents, demonstrating readiness for on-call coverage. Conduct thorough assessments of affected areas to determine the extent of water, flood, or mold damage. Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation using specialized equipment and techniques. Utilize hand tools, power tools. Apply safety protocols diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection, and following all safety guidelines during restoration activities. Execute cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation to restore properties to pre-loss condition. Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards during job site visits. Skills Strong emergency response readiness with the ability to act swiftly under pressure. Extensive experience in water damage restoration, flood recovery, fire restoration, and mold remediation. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for extraction and cleaning tasks. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients during stressful situations. Construction experience is a plus.
