Responsibilities Execute precise diagnostic evaluations, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on a diverse range of medical systems and components. Manage your daily service schedule independently, balancing urgent service requests, equipment installations, and field upgrades to maximize operational uptime. Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex system failures while maintaining rigorous regulatory documentation. Act as a primary point of contact for facility staff, providing transparent repair options and identifying opportunities to improve equipment lifecycle management. Utilize advanced diagnostic software and digital platforms to ensure all service activities meet strict compliance and quality standards. Provide reliable technical support across a designated territory, ensuring consistent service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a technical or mechanical capacity. Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems, or equivalent military technical training. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional, customer-facing environment. Valid driver's license and the ability to meet all necessary vendor credentialing and background requirements. Competency in using mobile applications, email, and data management systems for reporting and documentation. Preferred Skills Associate degree in a technical field or relevant industry certifications. Prior experience in field-based roles involving complex equipment maintenance.
