JOB INTRODUCTION
Based in Rancho Cucamonga, SI Testing specializes in commercial electrical testing, maintenance, and engineering. We are seeking a Service Solution Specialist who not only meets the job requirements of job scheduling and customer support but truly embodies our team culture. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling Jobs:
Manage comprehensive technical schedules and resource allocation for NorCal and SoCal regions. Verify crew certifications, skills, and safety training against specific site requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs during large-scale projects.
Client Solutions & Sales Support:
Gather and verify client data to ensure project accuracy and solution-driven outcomes. Assist the Sales team with the creation of proposals and management of necessary insurance documentation. Proactively send reminders to customers regarding pending estimates and follow-up maintenance work. Act as backup phone support, ensuring all customer calls are handled professionally.
Reporting & CRM Accountability:
Manage the end-to-end reporting pipeline to ensure field data meets delivery KPIs. Maintain meticulous records within the CRM, ensuring all client interactions and project updates are logged. Monitor the review process to ensure technical reports are finalized and delivered promptly after site completion.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a customer solutions and labor scheduling or service coordination role, ideally within field services.
System Proficiency:
Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, and project management tools.
Core Skills:
Exceptional organizational ability, independent decision-making, and a solutions-driven mindset.
Communication:
High-level verbal and written skills necessary to manage both field technicians and commercial clients.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with electrical testing standards and certification levels is preferred.

Pay:
$33.00 - $38.00 per hour
