Job description: Medville Products & Distribution Medville provides durable medical equipment (DME) and medical supplies to healthcare facilities and patients across home health, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and hospice settings. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused DME Field Service Technician to deliver, set up, and service medical equipment for patients and healthcare facilities throughout the Los Angeles area. This is a field-based position, focused on equipment delivery, setup, pickup, and basic servicing in the field. The role supports patient care by ensuring all equipment is delivered safely, properly installed, and functioning correctly. Work Location & Schedule This is a field-based role covering the Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Our administrative office is located in Valencia, CA, however this position does not require daily reporting to the office. Office visits are occasional and as needed for supply pickup, equipment loading, or coordination. Daily work will take place in the field at patient homes and healthcare facilities throughout the region. Responsibilities Deliver and set up durable medical equipment (DME) in homes and healthcare facilities Pick up and return equipment as needed Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and safety Perform basic equipment checks and ensure proper functionality Maintain accurate delivery and service documentation Provide professional and compassionate customer service Qualifications Valid driver's license required with clean driving record Ability to safely lift and move medical equipment Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Delivery, driving, or technician experience preferred (medical equipment experience a plus, but not required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Performance incentives available Additional Information Field-based role with daily travel throughout the Los Angeles area Work schedule is based on delivery and service needs Focused on patient care, timely equipment delivery, and professional field service support
