Job Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Turf Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring and maintaining artificial turf installations in both residential and commercial properties. You will use specialized tools and techniques to clean and deodorize turf, ensuring each job is completed to the highest standard and the customer is fully satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

Turf Cleaning & Restoration:

Perform detailed cleaning, grooming, and deodorizing of artificial turf surfaces, ensuring all odors are removed, and the turf looks pristine.

Customer Interaction:

Serve as the primary point of contact with customers on-site, answering any questions and providing exceptional service. Engage with clients to discuss their pets, turf maintenance needs, and offer maintenance subscription options.

Company Vehicle Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company-provided vehicle, ensuring all tools and inventory are accounted for and kept in uniform order.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with other technicians and management to maintain uniform standards across all job sites and ensure consistent service delivery.

Problem Solving:

Handle on-site issues, such as odor detection and treatment, independently, and provide solutions to meet customer needs.

Safety Compliance:

Follow safety guidelines for handling equipment and working in outdoor environments, including working in hot and humid conditions.

Travel:

Must be willing to travel out of state for scheduled jobs as needed

4-hours and 8-hour shift Day shift Evenings as needed Holidays On-call Overtime Weekends as needed
