What You'll Do As a Product & Service Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our medical equipment is clean, functional, and delivered safely to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering and picking up medical equipment from healthcare facilities Cleaning, sanitizing, testing, and servicing NPWT units and low air loss mattresses Maintaining accurate inventory in company vehicles Assisting with shipping and receiving operations Assembling equipment and troubleshooting basic equipment issues Providing product in-services and basic training to facility staff Utilizing MedaVerse software to track equipment and service activity Maintaining detailed service documentation and inventory records Assisting with daily warehouse operations Providing outstanding customer service to our healthcare partners Keeping company vehicles and equipment clean and well maintained What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team.

Qualifications include:

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency Strong organizational and time management skills Clean California driving record Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week per month, including weekends) Mechanical aptitude is a plus Why Join MedSupply?
