FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN AT MOBILITY CITY
We seek an energetic motivated individual with a great attitude and people skills to work as a Field Service Technician/Mechanic in our Temecula showroom to help us grow. Mobility City is the leading provider of mobility products for physically impaired persons. Attitude is everything when you are dealing with customers, and when you are showing customers how to use our products or repairing products on service calls in the customer's home. You have to be a good listener as well as a good explainer with a healthy dose of compassion. A few of the main duties of a Field Service Mechanic are: Work with elderly customers to diagnose and repair their mobility product(s) Troubleshoot equipment problems and performing electro-mechanical repairs Handle white glove deliveries for our national account partners Advise the customer on how to properly use the equipment Build relationships with customers Act as a positive role model and representative of Mobility City Qualifications include: You must be organized and able to fill out the Repair or Service Work Order forms. You must be able to lift heavy items exceeding 50 pounds. You must have a clean driving record as you will be driving a company van. We will also perform a background check that must come back clean. We prefer a high school diploma or GED.
