Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide superior and professional field service support for all E3 products. This includes both service calls on customer locations and service performed in house. Providing product operating instructions, training, and best practices to all E3 customers. Completing all required service ticket inputs and submitting per policy. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment including shop assets and company vehicles. Role and Responsibilities Support and Service Product in the field- 24/7 365 support when scheduled.
- Trouble Shoot Unit Operation Problems
- Hands-on equipment repairs in the field.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory.
- Service ticket data capture
- Customer Product Training
- Communicate Quality Issues/exceptions
- Comply to all customer and E3 HSE compliance requirements. Admin, Training, and other requirements
- Service ticket completion and submitting
- Expense reporting
- Training (HSE, operational, customer required)
- DOT required inspections and documentation.
- Service truck maintenance Desired Education Requirements and Work Experience
- Must have prior field experience in related field.
- Hydraulics and or electrical experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and over 21 years of age. Required Skills
- Technical Problem-Solving and Mechanical/Electrical Aptitude
- Physically capable of Lift 70lbs not less than 36"
- No DMV major moving violations and/or DUI/DWI convictions within the previous 36 months.
- Able to pull a tandem axle trailer.
- 50% travel/overnight stay
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Superior organizational skills; strong attention to detail; excellent time management skills and commitment to deadlines
