Lead mitigation crews on residential and commercial restoration projects. Train, mentor, and support junior team members to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards. Serve as the on-site leader by coordinating job activities, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Assess job-site conditions and assist in developing mitigation plans alongside the Mitigation Manager. Document project progress, moisture readings, equipment usage, and customer communications using company software and technology platforms. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism during challenging situations. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle. Ensure all company equipment is maintained and operating properly. Participate in the on-call rotation and remain accessible by phone when scheduled. Assist with warehouse operations and facility-related tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members across departments to support successful project outcomes. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and industry standards.
