Team Compensation and Benefits Leadership Development Program opportunities Career advancement and internal growth opportunities Monthly cross-training and professional development Flexible scheduling options Paid training and certification opportunities Performance-based bonus program Positive team culture and supportive work environment Team Qualifications (Requirements) Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude Dedication to exceptional customer service Fluent in English Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Strong desire to continually learn and develop professionally Minimum of 3 years of experience in water, fire, mold, or environmental mitigation services IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, or equivalent) Proven ability to lead crews and manage job-site operations Experience operating mitigation equipment and documenting losses Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities) Perform advanced water mitigation, structural drying, emergency board-up, tarping, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry standards. Lead mitigation crews on residential and commercial restoration projects. Train, mentor, and support junior team members to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards. Serve as the on-site leader by coordinating job activities, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Assess job-site conditions and assist in developing mitigation plans alongside the Mitigation Manager. Document project progress, moisture readings, equipment usage, and customer communications using company software and technology platforms. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism during challenging situations. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle. Ensure all company equipment is maintained and operating properly. Participate in the on-call rotation and remain accessible by phone when scheduled. Assist with warehouse operations and facility-related tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members across departments to support successful project outcomes. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and industry standards.
