Job Description

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Restoration Group is growing, and we're looking for people who are ready to do work that actually matters. Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned certified tech, there's a place for you on this team. We are looking for roles based in Wilmington and Bridgeville, DE.
Think about it:
when a pipe bursts at 2am, when a basement floods the week before the holidays, when a family doesn't know where to turn — TRG shows up. Our technicians walk through the door and give people their homes back. If making that kind of impact sounds like your calling, we'd love to talk to you.
OPEN POSITIONS
Mitigation Laborer — $17-$20/hr New to the trades or looking for a fresh start? This is a great entry point. No certifications needed — we'll train you from day one and back you as you work toward certification and higher pay. Lead Mitigation Technician — $20-$30/hr Experienced techs with a WRT, ASD, or equivalent certification who are ready to take the lead on job sites and mentor the next wave of technicians. TRG has a structured pay scale, so you'll always know exactly what it takes to reach the next level — transparent milestones, no guesswork, just a clear path tied to your growth.

WHAT YOU'LL GET
