The Restoration Group (TRG) is looking for a dependable, hard-working Mitigation Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and helping people during emergencies. No certifications required — paid training provided. Job Summary As a Mitigation Technician, you will assist with emergency response, water mitigation, and restoration services. You'll work alongside experienced team members, receive on-the-job training, and play a critical role in helping homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected damage. Responsibilities Assist with mitigation and restoration services Perform water extraction and set up drying equipment Support job site operations and cleanup Work collaboratively with team members Provide professional, courteous service to customers Follow safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Customer-focused with a strong work ethic Willing to learn and grow within the company Honest and aligned with ethical business practices Clean criminal background (no felony convictions) Construction, carpet cleaning, or water extraction experience is a plus but not required.
