Expected earnings of $1,500•2,000 every two weeks , including base pay and performance/sales incentives About the Position Fresh Frames Window Cleaning is looking for motivated, dependable, and growth-oriented individuals to join our Miami operation as Field Operations & Sales Specialists . This is not a traditional window cleaning technician position . We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their daily operation from start to finish. You will perform professional window cleaning services while also managing your route, communicating directly with customers, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining equipment and inventory, and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly. The right person should be comfortable working with their hands AND talking to customers . You should be able to provide great service, confidently recommend additional services, stay organized throughout your route, and take responsibility for company equipment. We're looking for people who want to develop into valuable long-term members of the Fresh Frames operation. What You'll Be Responsible For Field Service & Window Cleaning You will be trained to perform professional residential and commercial window cleaning using Fresh Frames' equipment and cleaning systems. This includes traditional hand cleaning, squeegee work, water-fed equipment, and other company-approved cleaning methods. You will be responsible for maintaining Fresh Frames' quality standards at every property. Sales & Upselling This is an important part of the position. You'll be expected to identify opportunities at properties and professionally recommend additional services when appropriate.

Customer Relations You will often be the face of Fresh Frames at a customer's home or business. You'll be expected to communicate professionally before, during, and after appointments. That includes answering basic questions, explaining the service, communicating delays or issues, addressing reasonable customer concerns, and making sure the customer has a positive experience. Route & Daily Operations You're responsible for staying on top of your assigned route.

Reviewing the day's appointments Preparing for upcoming jobs Staying on schedule Managing travel between appointments Communicating delays Updating job statuses Completing assigned appointments Communicating operational problems to management Helping make sure the following day's route is prepared We want someone who can eventually be trusted to receive a route and take ownership of getting it completed correctly. Because this is a field-service position, some flexibility is required.
